Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead People at Scale
Mentor, develop, and elevate a multi-location leadership team
Foster a culture of openness, trust, and accountability

Drive Commercial & Operational Excellence
Set bold yet achievable sales targets and coach teams to surpass them
Strengthen client relationships and deepen regional market presence

Management Scope and Budget Responsibilities
Budget: Responsible for delivering the sales revenue and gross margin budget.
Accountable for managing cost budgets: personnel, sales travel expenses etc.
Leadership / Supervision: direct team of up to 12 sales team leaders and total team of more than 50 sales professionals.
Qualifications
10–15+ years of leadership in sales, operations, or regional management roles
Proven success leading multi-site teams in complex environments
A people-first leadership philosophy grounded in trust, mentorship, and emotional intelligence
Deep experience driving growth and operational efficiency
Executive-level communication, influence, and strategic decision-making abilities
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Business, Sales, Operations, etc.)
Unionized-environment experience is considered an asset.
